Mario Smashers

After about 3 months of painstaking drawing and coloring, I've finished this.

As some of you may have noticed already, both Luigi and Peach have the same exact poses as Jayun's "Super Mario Bros. Alpha" pic (check my favorites to locate his artwork). I thought the poses were interesting, so I "borrowed" them for the drawing. Another thing that you may have noticed is why in the world that pink toad (Toadette) is even in the pic. To put it simple, I just wanted another character to fill the space to the right of Mario. I couldn't think of any character, except her. You might be asking why not DK, Diddy, Yoshi, or even Wario. Well, I only wanted to use characters that are in the Mario group (having the mushroom symbol) Besides, I wasn't in the mood to draw any of those characters.

As for the sizes of each character, it really doesn't make any sense. For example, look at Bowser, he's literally a giant floating head in front of Peach's dress. As for her, she is much taller and bigger than Luigi. Finally, Dr. Mario got me concerned. Compared to Mario, Dr. Mario is further away from him. However, if you look at both of their hands that are reaching out, you will notice how significantly huge Dr. Mario's hand is compared to Mario's (and his hand is STILL behind Mario).

Regardless of the amount of explanations and concerns, I pretty much pleased with the results

Update: Please disregard most of my own criticisms of this pic. I was just exaggerating that it didn't come out exactly as planned. I'm actually quite satisfied of it.
